About J Herbin 1670 Celebration Ink - Emerald of Chivor
The 1670 range of inks was introduced to celebrate the 340th anniversary of J Herbin - established in 1670! Available in 50ml glass bottles and in 5 colours, these inks are intensely coloured and contain gold flake to give your writing that extra special touch. When dry, writing takes on a gold sheen making this one of the most interesting fountain pen inks available.
Emerald of Chivor is an elegant emerald green ink with flecks of gold.
Gold flake, being a solid residue, will sink to the bottle of the bottle if unused - simply shake well to rejuvenate. Due to the sedimentary nature of this product we do not recommend you leave in your fountain pen for prolonged periods of non-use and do not recommend for use in vintage fountain pens with fine feed systems.
