Royal Mail are still experiencing delays but that they do seem to be improving. There are changes to many services including Special Delivery times, all details of which can be found here.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy for you to return items which are unsuitable or purchased in error so long as they are returned in unopened and undamaged condition within 30 days. This right of cancellation does not apply to products that you have requested to be engraved, or have otherwise been made to your specific requirements. Return postage costs are to be met by the buyer and we advise customers to ensure returned packages are tracked and signed for as we cannot be held responsible for items that go astray in the post. In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or in faulty condition, these will be replaced free of charge. Please ensure you contact us via email at or phone on 01789 730543 upon receipt of unsuitable or damaged/faulty items.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order and will be made using the same method as the payment was originally received.
